Stress echocardiography plays an important role in current clinical cardiology practice. It benefits from being the low cost and radiation-free method with high accuracy, that can be performed with minimal additional staffing or technical requirements.
The on-line course is designed for those who want to learn the basic principles of common stress echocardiography modalities, but also for experienced health care professionals who want to upgrade their skills and knowledge. It is aimed to help with the practical aspects of running a modern stress echo lab. The 2026 programme, delivered by an international panel, will be covering not only ischaemia testing, but also use of stress echocardiography in valvular and structural heart disease, diastology etc. The recommended ABCDE protocol and novel techniques lectures will be adds on to the popular case reports sessions illustrating the real-life clinical practice. General overview of the transpulmonary contrast echocardiography, the essential tool in ischaemia testing, will be provided, too. All the lectures and case reports will be available after the course for three months for on demand review to all the registered participants. Certificate of attendance will be available for both online and (for limited period) on demand reviews.
