Registration is possible on-line only and is confirmed upon the accomplished registration fee payment. It is the responsibility of the person making the registration to provide full and accurate data, especially for the invoice shall the registration fee is covered by the employer or the third party, in which case it is advisory that the third party makes the registration and payment on behalf of the Course participant. Later request for changes in an invoice will not be accepted. The generated pro-forma invoice is sent to the registered e-mail after the successful registration along with the link for the on-line payment, which is the preferred payment method, as the international bank transfers can be significantly delayed. For this reason, the course registration will be closed few days prior the course date. The successful payment is confirmed via e-mail.
If you participated in the previous course, you still need to register again. The registration fee is 75 €. If you decide to pay via the bank transfer, please check the transfer fees with your bank to make sure the full amount 75 € is credited to our bank account. Cancellation request submitted by 2nd August 2025 (included) is free, by 2nd September 2025 (included) is subject to 50% administrative charge. No refund will be provided for cancellation made after this date. To access the course, visit the course website and log in with the registered e-mail and a unique password, which is sent to the registered e-mail at the time of registration separately from the e-mail info@gcon.me, with the name of the course n the heading. If you do not get the e-mail, check your spam and make sure the e-mail is not blocked. The lectures will be available for review on demand for all registered participants using the same login details a few days after the course until 3rd January 2025.
European Board for Accreditation of Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC) and by the British Society of Echocardiography accreditations have been applied for. Through an agreement between the EBAC and the American Medical Association physicians may convert EBAC® CE credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EBAC credit to AMA credit can be found on the AMA website. Other health care professionals may obtain from the AMA a certificate of having participated in an activity eligible for conversion of credit to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
To receive your CME certificate, you need to watch the course live on demand and fill in feedback form (must be submitted by 5th October 2025), and MCQs for self-assessment form (must be submitted by 3rd January 2026 the latest), both provided at the end of the course and available from your personal course account. The CME certificate will be available to download continuously from your personal course account conditional both the feedback form and MCQ are successfully submitted. The number of CME points awarded will be based on the real tracked time spent viewing the course live on demand and updated at midnight on daily basis.
